1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the ClariFood mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. HEALTH & NUTRITION DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT) • Educational Tool Only: ClariFood is an educational food content scanner and analysis tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical dietetic consultation. • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using this application does not establish any professional medical advice or consulting relationship. • Consult a Specialist: Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, or if you have specific food allergies or medical conditions. • Physical Package Priority: Food data is aggregated from open-source databases and analytical models. Always read the physical product label and allergen statement prior to consumption.
3. PRO SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS • Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. • We do not collect or store credit card details or payment credentials.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All app designs, user interfaces, branding, graphics, and proprietary scoring algorithms are the exclusive property of ClariFood.
5. USER CONDUCT & DATA RIGHTS Your local data remains entirely under your control. You agree not to copy, decompile, or reverse engineer the application source code.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ClariFood and its developers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from your reliance on product scores, nutritional analyses, or advisor recommendations.
7. GOVERNING LAW These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws.
